Let Your Body do the Work-Strength Training -(15-20 minutes)
Ever been told you are working too hard in your exercise? I am here to challenge you in this workout to allow your body to just do what it does best, move! Follow the cues and feel any difference in how this program feels.
When we add more load, exercises do get harder but how much can we additional tense up during these exercises. Test this out a few times to get a good feel for what this means. I would love to hear what you discovered!
