Frequently Asked Questions in the Pilates world?
Pilates for Beginners -What to Expect? I try to make you feel as comfortable as possible in your movement journey. I will not ask you to do exercises that are not appropriate for your level. You choose how much exercise, how soon. I want this to be a positive experience that you tell your friends and family about. If you are in pain, after a brief chat, I slowly introduce exercises that allow you to feel comfortable in the work. The pace is according to how your body feels; your feedback allows me to make any adjustments.

You can also benefit from my video on demand platform to keep you working on important fundamentals and give you ideas on how to challenge legs, arms, back, etc. You will be required to take you studio practice home.
