  • Our sessions together will help you progress your healing area at a pace that keeps you motivated!

    Choose this session if you have been injured or have had surgery recently. Choose this session if you have a condition such as low back pain, scoliosis, osteoporosis, or another condition that requires careful programming to your session.

  • Get customized programming for your needs. If you are new to Pilates, I will introduce to some fun exercises that add benefit but give you the feeling of accomplishment. Already familiar with Pilates? I can elevate your movement experience and build on what you already know.

    Do not book this if you have any pain or injuries.

  • Share a private session where you get a customized workout for you while the other students get’s their own.

  • No matter where you are, another city, state or country, I am here for your busy schedule. We will stay on track together with your goals no matter how hectic life can be! Let me keep you motivated!

    This is a session just for you, tailored your needs and goals.

  • Get the workout that is still custom tailored for you while feeling like you are getting a Private session still. 3 students per class. You will be rotating on the reformer tower, exo chair and springboard unit.

    Must be injury and pain free to join this class with no movement limitations. New students welcome!

  • Looking for a mat class that mixes in props for a fun, varied workout? This small group class is for you! You will use the oov, magic circle, ankle weights and other fun props to make this experience enjoyable.

    3 minimum students required to join class. No Pilates experience necessary.

CLASSES~

Circuit Power- Wednesday 5:30pm

We start the year with a circuit style class where we change apparatus to target abs, back, legs, arms using Ladder Barrel, Combo Chair,  Reformer, and Springboard. Class may be full; please text to get on a waiting list. 

Mat Class -Wednesday 4pm

Explore working through the mat exercise series using a variety of props. Class may be full. Text to get on a waiting list.
